Service product description DrivePro® Site Assessment provides you with a detailed survey of all your AC drives, delivering a clear overview of current and future maintenance needs. Knowing the condition of the AC drive lets you plan better maintenance and maintain reliable performance throughout the lifetime of the drive. This helps reduce plant maintenance cost due to unexpected downtime. With knowledge of the life cycle of aging drives, you gain a budget forecast for plant upgrades. With DrivePro® Site Assessment, our experts look at every AC drive onsite. This enables us to record condition, criticality, and life cycle status. Based on the results, we make recommendations for your product’s life cycle journey. After the assessment, you receive the full analysis in a detailed report. This service gives you insight into which risk areas to prioritize maintenance efforts on and when and where to invest in plant upgrades. The service provides: • Fact-based analysis of complete installed base at current stage • Overview of individual drive’s risk status • Knowledge of the life cycle status • Recommendations to optimize performance • Opportunity to choose appropriate service product • Planned priority-based actions • Reduced maintenance cost • Improved uptime The service does not include: • Any kind of repair or maintenance • Any service support outside the site assessment Customers are responsible for ensuring that: • Our technician has access to site • Information on asset criticality is provided Other conditions: • Recommendations are valid for a year, based on assessed asset conditions • If the recommendations are not acted on within a year, we recommend having the site reassessed.
