District cooling is made by absorption and adsorption cooling from electricity production, heatpump systems or natural cooling from the sea or underground. VLT® drives can optimise the control of the system and help to increase the total energy saved. The larger the system, the greater power required – and VLT® drives go all the way. The Sleep Mode will prevent pumps running at low or no flow. The Dry Pump Protection and End of Curve Detection will protect the system in case of defective pumps or leaks. |
